
Do your children also leave sad, fruit detritus in their wake? Save those bits and bops in a container in the freezer. Blend with any combo of: nut butter, chia/flax seeds, plain yogurt, coconut milk, the last of that morning’s oatmeal, etc. I like these mini ones for the baby. For the five year old, we have larger dinosaur molds. Even for picky kids, popsicles for breakfast is usually an easy sell.
