Researching / knowing where the playgrounds are before we travel somewhere

Want to let one parent sleep a little longer? Need to burn off some energy? Looking for a safe place for your kids to go crazy? Knowing where the local playgrounds are has saved me on many trips. With the five year old, I'll now show him pictures ahead of time, so he gets excited about visiting.
